Product is supplied complete with batteries and floor retainers which seem to be optional from other suppliers. Most important product "responds" to fire alarm. 15-Feb-2012	Service Product	Service rating : No problems at all. Product arrived safely and promptly<br/>Product : All in all no problems but just one inconvenience I guess you can call it. That is that inspite of the sensitivity being adjusted down to the minimum the Dorguard is still activated by our tea time bell which rings for about 6 or 7 seconds only meaning that the door closes (not ideal when the masses are rushing to the canteen!). This is probably because the bell is too loud but unfortunately apart from wrapping the bell in cloth there is little that we can do. Still, at least this proves that the device works.
