16-Apr-2012	Service Product	Not great service. The two 1kg extinguishers received were missing hoses and when I asked for replacements I was then sent 2x4kg ones in error. Rather than have to mess around with returning the items again we decided to keep them even though they were bigger than required. This obviously ended up with us having to pay more money. I then had an email to say that the orginal items had not been returned even though you arranged the collection and I had a signed confirmation from the courier. This then required another phone to sort out and to chase up a credit note which only just came through last week.
